Last year, we had the pleasure of welcoming our dear friend Neven Maguire to Clonakilty, where he spent the day with our very own Colette Twomey, the sole guardian of our famous blackpudding recipe. Neven and Colette rolled up their sleeves and got cooking with Clonakilty Blackpudding, making a delicious dish while also sharing stories about our heritage and the story behind our much-loved product. You’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at Clonakilty Blackpudding and enjoy the wonderful food conversations that unfolded.
As part of his Coastal Food Trails, Neven explored the incredible food that West Cork has to offer, and we’re proud to say he wasn’t disappointed! Our corner of Ireland is known for its rich culinary traditions, and we’re delighted that Neven had the chance to experience the very best of what we have to offer.
