Clonakilty Rashers

Clonakilty “Slisíní” Rashers were added to the Clonakilty family of products in 2003. We have continued to expand our rasher products since then and most recently added two new Clonakilty Maple Cure Rashers –  made with 100% premium Irish Pork and cured in the traditional way before applying a delicious maple glaze, giving these rashers a hint of smoky sweetness. 

Just like all of the Clonakilty products, our rashers are made using traditional methods and the finest of local ingredients.
