Drawing on generations of pudding making experience, we’ve channelled this expertise into our new Spice Trail Pudding, starting with two bold new pudding variants inspired by the distinctive spices of global cuisines. Both products work brilliantly to create tasty brunches, creative salads and provide a new ingredient that can be used in so many ways.
Clonakilty Picante Pudding is made in Ireland, inspired by Spain. A flavour packed pudding made with Irish pork, oats and onions infused with garlic, smoked, paprika and chilli.
Clonakilty Jalapeño Pudding is made in Ireland, inspired by Mexico. A hot and tangy pudding made with Irish pork, oats, onions and Jalapeño peppers.
