We have recently partnered up with the Great British Chef, Lewis De Hass (Crispin) to create some new delicious recipes to inspire you at home. Great British Chef are the team behind one of the fastest growing food websites in the UK and we were delighted when they approached us to create two new recipes using Clonakilty Blackpudding and Clonakilty Whitepudding. As we know our blackpudding and whitepudding are so incredibly versatile so a partnership with one of the most well-known UK food websites was never going to disappoint!
We challenged Lewis De Hass to create two unique dishes, one using Clonakilty Blackpudding and one using Clonakilty Whitepudding. And wow, were they tasty! De Hass has used our products in two very different ways for two different occasions – one can be enjoyed as a savory and satisfying brunch dish while the other can be shared as a delicious starter with your dinner guests this Winter.
