BBQ Clonakilty Blackpudding Sausages

Give our Blackpudding Sausages a go on the BBQ this summer! A delicious weekend treat served in a hotdog bun with some grilled halloumi and a side salad. Add whatever toppings you desire. What more could you want!


6 Clonakilty Blackpudding Sausages

Tenderstem Broccoli

1 block Halloumi cheese

6 Hotdog buns

2 Onions – sliced in half

olive oil for cooking


  1. Drizzle the broccoli and onion halves with some olive oil and add to the BBQ until they are cooked to your desired taste
  2. Add the Clonakilty Blackpudding Sausages to the BBQ and grill for 10-12 minutes turning occasionally
  3. Cut the halloumi into slices, drizzle with olive oil and cook for 3 minutes on either side on the BBQ
  4. Once cooked place the Clonakilty Blackpudding Sausage in the hotdog bun and serve with the grilled halloumi and vegetables. You could also add some homemade coleslaw or pasta salad for a complete BBQ feast! What more could you want?
