BBQ Clonakilty Pudding

We all know Clonakilty Pudding isn’t just for breakfast, but, did you know it’s not just for the frying pan either? Clonakilty Blackpudding and Clonakilty Whitepudding are also a great addition to enhance any BBQ meal. Just take a look at this delicious BBQ dish we have created just for you. Served alongside our Clonakilty Sausages, some BBQ Veg and a selection of side salads, it’s the perfect warm weather meal.


2 x 260g packs of Clonakilty Mini Puddings

1 x 454g pack of Clonakilty Sausages

2 x Red Onion

2 x Corn on the Cob

1 x Pack of Vine Tomatoes

1 x Courgette

2 x Yellow Pepper

1 x Lemon

Selection of side salads of your liking


  1. Slice the yellow pepper in half and remove the seeds
  2. Cut the top off the red onions and slice in half
  3. Slice the courgette diagonally into large pieces
  4. Cut the lemon and both pieces of corn in half
  5. Next slice both black and white puddings length-ways in half
  6. Add the pudding, sausages and all your veg to the BBQ
  7. Cook the pudding for approx. 3 minutes either side and cook the veg to your liking
  8. Use the grilled lemon to squeeze over the meat to add some extra flavour
  9. Serve with some baby potatoes, a baguette and a selection of side salads
