Our Clonakilty cheeses are made locally in the heart of the rich dairy producing region of West Cork, Ireland. Clonakilty Extra Mature Irish White Cheddar is a full flavoured cheese with a crumbly texture, matured to perfection. The perfect addition to any cheese board.
