Ingredients

Clonakilty Blackpudding Bites:

20 Clonakilty Blackpudding Bites
3 tsp honey
2 tsp whole grain mustard
1 sprig rosemary finely chopped

20 Clonakilty Cocktail sausages

3 tsp maple syrup

2 tsp soy sauce

1 tbsp sesame seeds

Method

Clonakilty Blackpudding Bites:

Preheat oven to 200 c

Put the mini bites in an oven tray lined with baking paper.

Bake of 10 minutes stirring once or twice during cooking.

Drizzle over the honey and mustard and rosemary and return to the oven for another 5 minutes

Clonakilty Cocktail Sausages:

Preheat oven to 200 c

Put the sausages in an oven tray lined with baking paper.

Mix the maple and soy sauce together and pour over the sausages coating them

Bake of 10 minutes stirring once or twice during cooking.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for another 5 minutes.
